LLA POLICIES
Please take a moment to review all studio policies in full prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to protect your time, my time, and the quality of your experience. By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed.
Card on File
A valid card is required on file to secure all appointments. You will not be charged at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.
cancellations & No shows
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 30% of the scheduled service to the card on file. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be refused future bookings. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. We truly understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible, we always do our best to accommodate when we can.
AGE REQUIREMENT
All clients must be 18 years or older for tattoo or permanent makeup services. A valid photo ID is required at your appointment. No exceptions. No ID will result in rescheduling and a last minute cancellation fee. NO ONE UNDER 18 EVEN WITH PARENT PERMISSION
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
Touch - ups
Results may naturally fade or soften over time, especially with fine line tattoos and PMU. Touch-ups help maintain your results.Brow services include one complimentary touch-up if booked within 6 months of your initial appointment. After that, standard pricing applies. Fine line tattoo touch-ups are complimentary as many times as needed.
guests
We want your experience to be comfortable and enjoyable. You may bring one guest for support, but space is limited. Please limit guests to one unless prior approval is given.
no smoking, alcohol, or drug use
For the safety and comfort of everyone:
Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted on the premises.
Please do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Your service may be refused, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Lux Line Artistry reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, under the influence, or poses a safety concern.
