Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking. These policies are in place to protect appointment times and respect the time of both the artist and other clients. DEPOSIT - A 30% non refundable deposit of your service total will now be REQUIRED to hold your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service total at the time of your appointment. CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS - Cancellations need to be made >24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment, failure to do so will result in a 30% charge of the service to the card on file. - No call, no shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment and maybe refused future services - You are welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. - We understand emergency’s and life happen. Please reach out and let us know ASAP! AGE REQUIREMENT - Clients must be 18 years or older for any tattoo or permanent make up services - no exceptions. A valid photo ID is required at the time of your appointment LATE ARRIVALS - If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and could be subject to the cancellation fee. TOUCH UPS It is standard for results to fade or soften over time - especially with services like PMU and fine line tattoos. Touchups are an important part of maintaining results. - Any brow service includes one complimentary touch up if booked within 6 months of your initial appointment, after that the touch up will reflect normal prices - If a touch up is needed for a fine line tattoo, it is complimentary within 1 year of your original tattoo appointment GUESTS - We want your visit to be comfortable and enjoyable for everyone! You’re welcome to bring a friend for support, but please keep in mind that our space is cozy and limited on space. We kindly ask that you limit guests to on person unless prior permission is given. CHILDREN & PETS - For health, safety and insurance reasons, no children or pets are permitted in the studio NO SMOKING, ALCOHOL, OR DRUG USE For the health, safety, and comfort of everyone: - No smoking, vaping, or drug use is permitted on the premises - Please do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs - your service may be refused, and late cancellation policy will be enforced RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE - Lux line artistry reserves the right to refuse services to anyone who is disrespectful, under the influence, or poses a safety concern
